Kileab to Canada

Would you look at the month! I just found a calender and it appears we are living in October now. I had to double check the year when I found that out. Speaking of finding out, I am going to Toronto Canada this weekend and will be leaving in 3.78 hours to do our first series of events. The Ministry team will load the charter bus at 4:00 am Monday morning October 17th and head north. We will do an event in Toronto first then we will proceed to Cleveland OH, to Chicago IL, to Anaheim CA, to Billings MO, and from Billings we will come back to campus (Garden Valley, TX) then continue to our designated homes for Thanksgiving break. I am planning on coming home for about a week for thanksgiving and bringing Andrew and Daniel.  Hopefully I will be able to see and introduce both to many of you. (Below is a picture of "The Bros" in Boston MA,) Photo taken by Devin Longenecker (From Left to right; Andrew, Zech, Joel, Kileab, Daniel, Denver) Recently I was in Amherst Massachusetts and we put on our first Acquire the Fire (ATF). It was amazing from this point of view.  God was working in so many ways and different people just leading up to the event that it was deeper that words. For example, The drama team acts out in some scenes things that associate with sin and sinful things that the Devil wants to use for no good as you can imagine.  The actors want people to know God but in their mind it could be easy to think that their part in the drama or on the Ministry Team is not helpful and it could be hard for them to see how they can be used by God. So remember to pray for the drama team.  Pray that the lies would be exposed and destroyed, God's presence would be overwhelming and His Spirit would be flowing through each and every actor. During the run-throughs darkness and oppression tried to sneak in when the actors were in character but when the School of Worship went on stage and played their songs declaring truth and glory to God and the power of His presence was felt so much stronger.  God is so much stronger than the darkness.  Darkness has no choice when light shines.  It's a beautiful picture.   The event turned out great and it was nice for me to finally do what I have been training to do.  There were aprox. 2,800 attendees friday night and aprox. 562 came to the floor as a physical act of choosing to follow Christ and restore their love story with Him. Pray for the Drama team (Be led by the Spirit of God) -Pray for divine appointments before, during and after the Toronto event. -Pray that God continues to work in the lives and hearts of the people who chose to follow Him -Pray for the Ministry Team to have a deep desire to read the Word and Pray. -Pray for the finances to come in for this month Thanks for your prayers and support.
